- 3/4 cup fresh herbs (parsley and basil)
- 40 g Danish feta
- 75 g Avocado
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- a pinch of salt

Method
- 1. Roughly chop herbs, then add all ingredients to a bowl and mash with a fork until combined but chunky 2. Serve on a Low Carb Co cracker and top with crispy bacon or sliced cherry tomatoes
Thermomix method
- 1. Place herbs into the mixer bowl and chop 3 seconds/speed 7/mc on 2. Add remaining ingredients and mix 5 seconds/speed 4/mc on 3. Serve on a Low Carb Co cracker and top with crispy bacon or sliced cherry tomatoes
